1870: House moved, brick by brick, to site behind East College (College Place and William Street).

1910: Side room addition

1925: House moved, in tact, to corner of Washington Road and Nassau Street by the Eichleay Company.

1946: House moved, again, to its present location by the Eichleay Company; garage added.

1965: Declared a National Historic Landmark.
