1904: Built as a private dormitory for freshmen who could not secure university housing.

1949: Dr. Miner C. Hill, Class of 1904, sells the dormitory to the university.

1950: Building converted for administrative offices.

1965: Remodeling to accomodate university publications. Presently, home of the Daily Princetonian, USG, and other organizations.
