1964: New South named in recognition of the first administration building on campus, Old North, i.e. Nassau Hall.

1964: University received special permission from the town zoning board because building over 4 stories.

1965: Cafeteria opened to students.

1995: University purchased 330 and 350 Alexander Road to house offices of New South and West College while two buildings under renovation.
