November 1959: Proposal offered to give first priority for housing to members of the Woodrow Wilson Lodge.

September 1960: Construction suspended due to questions of building safety. Engineering study conducted.

Octorber 1961: Walkways reconstructed to accomodate fire equipment.

1983: Hall renovated to become a residential college.

Spring 1994: Dining hall renovated.
