Members of the Class of 1938 formed a jazz band known as The Eight-Balls or The 8-Balls Jazz Band. The band name was derived from the class year and the logo adopted by the class. According to the Princeton Alumni Weekly, the band was a regular at Princeton Reunions for many years.
